Essential criteria for application:

FIRST CLASS in Masters Degree * (percentage / CGPA / GPA system) as per Applicant’s University / Institute norms.
* Masters degree: Two years full time Post Graduate Degree / Masters Degree OR Bachelors degree in Engineering/Technology. The Masters degree should be in the fields of Science, Arts, Humanities, Management, Media and Communication, Design, Library Science.

Candidates with Ph.D, M.Phil in relevant disciplines or any other additional educational qualifications may also apply at appropriate levels.

** Experience: The years of experience is counted after acquiring essential qualification.

*** Consolidated Salary Scales: In case of deserving candidates higher salary may be offered.

Performance Incentive: CEE follows a Key Performance Area (KPA)
based Annual Performance Management system which provides an opportunity to earn Annual Ex-gratia incentive upto 12% of Consolidated Salary.

Nature of Appointment

  1. The selected candidates will be offered a Fixed Term Appointment (FTA). Initially, the appointment shall be for a period of three years at an appropriate consolidated salary based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.
  2. Appointment terms includes initial probation period. CEE follows a Performance based Management System with annual periodicity.
