The Conference provided a vibrant platform for companies, industries, research institutions and NGOs to exhibit their products and services. We witnessed participation from all over the world, and the theme made the exhibition a pivotal opportunity for all the stakeholders. By participating in the exhibition, the organisations got the opportunity to introduce, showcase, promote, and popularise, to the world, offerings, services and products.
The exhibition was open for 3 days (January 11 to January 13, 2016) coinciding with the days of the Conference. The exhibition centre floor area was accessible to all the registered conference attendees, and the exhibition layout facilitated maximum footfalls of conference attendees at the exhibition. Stalls with required facilities were made available. There were a limited number of booths, given to those who book the stalls at the earliest.
Size of the exhibition stall: 10 x 12 feet
Facilities available inside the stall: One table with top cover, two chairs, carpet flooring, top cover, electric socket, common drinking water facility in the exhibition area.

Cost per stall: Rs. 500/- per Sq. Ft
Please note: Two adjacent stalls can be merged to create bigger space. Extra charges for the same will apply.
