Terms and Conditions
- Registration fees include conference kit, lunch for 3 days, dinner for 2 nights, high tea on 3rd day and refreshments.
- No registration will be confirmed without the pre-payment and no access to the Conference will be allowed.
- Please be advised that should payments incur bank charges, these charges will be for the delegates own accounted.
- Submission of student proof is mandatory for student registrations at [email protected]
Cancellations/Changes and Refunds:
1. Fees for missed meals, late arrivals, and early departures will not be refunded
2. Participants canceling on or before 1st January,2016 will be entitled to a 70% refund
3. Cancellations after 1st January,2016 will not be entitled to any refund
4. Participants who do not cancel and do not attend will not be eligible for refund.
5. All refunds will only be processed after the Conference
