Green Key India
The Green Key certificate is the leading standard for excellence in the field of environmental responsibility and sustainable operation within the tourism industry. In India, the Green Key certificate is being implemented by the Centre for Environment Education (CEE) Ahmedabad, which is a full member of the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE). Green Key India is an initiative of CEE, Ahmedabad.
Application Process
New applicant establishments should contact the National Operator, Green Key India at its authorised office at CEE, Ahmedabad, India. The National Operator, Green Key India will communicate with the applicant establishments regarding the prescribed procedure for application and the relevant documents to be submitted along with the participation fees to Green Key India.

Participation Fees
Green Key India will charge annual application and audit fees from the applicant hotels. The amount includes the cost of a plaque, a Green Key table flag (sent after the certification) and a certificate. Any additional Green Key flag(s) or plaque(s) will be charged on actuals plus the delivery costs.

Hotels that are part of international chains that have agreements with the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE) globally (including Accor, Radisson, IHG, and Best Western) may contact the National Operator for the fees.
