CEE's activities in Jammu and Kashmir are coordinated under the Himalayan initiative of CEE. The focus of CEE’s activities in the state is on creating and increasing awareness and understanding of environmental issues in fragile ecosystems of Indian Himalayan region and to inculcate environment friendly attitudes through education for sustainable development (ESD).
