Terms and Conditions

• The Early Bird registration fees will only be applicable to those who book and pay before the cut-off date
• Should you register prior to the cut-off day but omit to pay, you will be automatically charged the regular registration fee
• Registration will be confirmed after full pre-payment
• Please be advised that should payments incur bank charges, these charges will be for the delegates' account and reflected on the official receipt. Full payment for these charges is required

Registration Cancellation and Refunds

• Participants cancelling on or before November 30th, 2024 will be entitled to an 75% refund.
• Participants cancelling between 1st December to 11th January, 2025 will be entitled to an 50% refund.
• Participants cancelling on or after 12th January, 2025 till 31st January, 2025 will be entitled to an 30% refund. No refund will be possible for requests made after 31st January, 2025.
• All refunds will be processed only after the Conference.
