Refund Policy

Refund  Policy for the International Conference on Educating for Sustainability Action
Participants who registered with the payment mode either by Demand draft/credit card/ debit card /bank transfer/UPI and were not able to attend the Conference will be given refunds. Refund Requests are subject to the deadlines listed below. The amount you are reimbursed will depend on the date that we receive the request.

Requests received from 1st December to 11th January, 2025

Requests received after the Conference dates (12th January onwards)

Please note all cancellations must be sent in writing by email to the Secretariat at [email protected] .
Kindly also provide in the email your registration number and the bank details for the amount to be transferred via the bank
Please note: The refunds via bank transfer may take at least a week.
 
*CEE Director may consider Exemptions to the refund policy mentioned above on a case-by-case basis.
